  Kaley Hill, NFA 
Administrator

Kaley Hill joins the staff at Grace Health & Rehab Center as Administrator. Mr. Hill is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. After obtaining an additional degree in nursing from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge, Mr. Hill served in the healthcare field as a registered nurse. His knowledge in both the business and healthcare fields serve as an asset to his position as Administrator. Mr. Hill continues Grace's strong legacy of service to the community with his dedication to provide for the needs of residents with care and compassion.

  Mitzi Redditt, RN
Director of Nursing/Director of Marketing

Mitzi Redditt serves as both director of nursing and director of marketing for Grace Health & Rehab Center. Ms. Redditt has 15 years of long-term care experience, including eight years with the Grace team. She is responsible for ensuring the quality of care received by each resident, as well as providing ongoing education to the nursing staff. In addition, her responsibilities as marketing director include acting as a liaison between Grace Health & Rehab Center and the communities it serves. Ms. Redditt earned a nursing degree from Our Lady of the Lake College in 1987.

  Pat Chaney
Admissions Director
Social Services Director

Pat Chaney serves as both admissions director and social services director of Grace Health & Rehab Center – and in 2005 she was also appointed as assistant administrator of the facility. Ms. Chaney is a longtime employee of Grace with more than 25 years of experience, and is also a former long-term care eligibility worker. In addition to her responsibilities involving admissions and social services, Ms. Chaney is certified as the Social Service designee and Resident Activity Director of the facility. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana State University.

  Dr. Richard Rathbone
Medical Director

Dr. Richard Rathbone has served as medical director for Grace Health & Rehab Center since 1985 and is responsible for overseeing the medical care of our residents. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and Louisiana State University Medical School. Dr. Rathbone has a private family medicine practice in Clinton, Louisiana and is also an active staff member of Lane Memorial Hospital in Zachary, Louisiana – as well as a courtesy staff member of Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Rathbone also serves as medical director of St. Francisville Country Manor, Feliciana Home Health, East Louisiana State Community Home, and Challenge and Development Center in Clinton. In 1985, he served as chief of staff and medical representative on the board of Lane Memorial Hospital, as well as a board member of Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. Dr. Rathbone serves as an elder at Faith Presbyterian Church, is the Deputy Coroner of East Feliciana Parish and serves as team physician at local high schools.
